History

Ultimo is a California based General Building, and Engineering Contractor, three generations, established in 1937. In addition to General Construction, we specialize in proprietary foundation repairs, and soil stabilization services for sinking structures. We are authorized installers for Atlas, Chance, Heli-Pile, and Axis foundation underpinning products. Ultimo can provide industry expert site, and structure investigations, in order to develop cost effective repair plan submittals for estimating, and professional engineering requirements. This service would be subject to professional engineering by others, and local building permit requirements.

Our extensive experience enables us to achieve cost effective estimates, and fast results. We supervise, and execute our projects with our own forces.
